Life Changes Since April

Based on a Weight Loss Genetic Test provided by Inherent Health, I decided to lower my fat intake, adopt a vegetarian diet and continue to exercise as much as my knees would allow.  Dr. Dean Ornish has a good program that I have used before.  He lays out what to do and has published delicious vegetarian recipes that keep your fat intake to 10 gms per day.  I have lived on a vegetarian diet in the past  and found this really easy to follow.  Even with limited  activity because of my knees I have lost 12 pounds in the last two months.  However, as in all eating changes I’ve found myself reverting to past, unhealthy behavior.  I need a boost, something to keep me going.
